if you happen to have stumbled upon this site, do some of the work on your own, and get hurt...

here is where you were warned that it could happen.  just like walking across the street blindfolded it would be a gamble to do the posted work from insular gym (or any other site) without full and complete knowledge and understanding of your capabilities.  push yourself, go hard, be curious, and most importantly... improve.  but understand that it won't happen overnight and that there are no shortcuts.  it's your job to take responsibility for your actions and opt out or modify your efforts and goals accordingly.  i do it all the time.
