unchartered territory again today. the real work started around rep 18 where my one breath per rep pace was brought to a screeching halt. from there i kept fending off the building fatigue of each subsequent repetitiion. the pace was slower thru the 20's but consistant. 31 on had me unsure of whether or not the next attempt would be successful or not. in the end i'm surprised with the result, in the beginning i wasn't sure if i'd reach my goal of 30 or not. this will need to be tested again in a few months. 40+ is the goal
the second part is all about speed and efficiency on the ring dips and situps. had to break the second set of dips in two and the third into three attempts. gotta get faster on situps. more speed work to come.
