REVIEW / RECOVER / REFLECT

.
consider and evaluate your tools, methodology, fuel, recovery, and effort. are you cheating yourself in any area? are goals being reached? if so, are they worthy or important? how much faster / stronger / more efficient would you be with better fuel sources? can you find ways to get more or better sleep?

after an honest assessment of this sort in which we take a long hard look in the mirror it may take a few days (or longer) to digest the results. from there it is important to modify your strategy to reflect your current position and stated goals. then, and only then, can one take the necessary steps to execute their plan. with steady progress as an underlying theme, i know of no other way to progress and get there any faster. just like with anything else, it seems as though a lot of hard work, and a little patience, goes a long way.
