an incredibly deceptive combination and setup. i had a goal of 24 and fell short due to the surprising demand and difficulty of the bw squats. i had anticipated flying thru unbroken on all sets but the power cleans shattered my plans. i used the touch and go method for the first round of each section but abandoned it after that. it seemed as though i needed to drop the bar in order to maintain pace and not go too deep into the red. pushups were no problem.
after the 5th round and a short 60 second break it was decided to run a mile, for time. not real happy with the result but i feel as though some progress is being made in that area. 8:34
