last day before the new arrival tomorrow. nothing too intense. a somewhat relaxing day at the office with a focus on the double unders and a plan of reaching a goal i've had for a few years. an extended warmup turned into the main course as i decided to work my way up in weight on the bench while practicing with the rope. 69 unbroken is a pr and it may be time to see where i fall in the race to 100 for time. the bench press goal has been to reach 20 at 185lbs in a single attempt. as far as i can remember i've came as close as 19 but no more. i had a feeling i had what it took and decided to give it a shot. success.
this coming week may be hit and miss as i'm unsure of what time (or energy) i'll have but a few days off is in order. i'm hoping to not lose too much momentum in the wake of #4. there seems to be a little competition coming up next month in Topeka that i'd like to not only participate in but take a shot at the podium.
