WARNING: This is a HSPU workout.

i had my eye on this one for some time now due to it's upper body focus and the fact that it's the only scenario i know of that completely blew up at 324. so in an effort to be a part of the experiment and with legs of pain, i thought there was no better time to dive in and destroy all remaining functional parts of my body.

although time will tell i have a feeling the mission was accomplished. looking back i wonder if maybe the scenario would have been better suited as an e2mom until failure using the rep scheme from the second round? i'm not sure. it wasn't nearly as much about the bench press as i thought it would be and although i think it would have added some time i'm confident i could have finished rx. ring dips aren't a real strength of mine so i knew there would be some trouble there. what's most interesting is the last round. it took close to 8:00 to do the 10 hspu and a little less than 2:00 for the rest. the ring dips and pushups were much easier than in round 4 due to the added rest of completing with mainly singles on the hspu.

some smooth sailing in the beginning and at the very end of this voyage but the captain almost abandoned ship numerous times. thanks for the lighthouse mike, i saw the rocky shores ahead but decided it was a good day to run the skiff aground anyhow. my goal was probably different than your original reason for doing this. i've got a wrecked boat now but i'm confident in knowing i walked away, even if it took a while...

I think you are the only other person who has done this. It might not be glamorous but it was definitely more difficult than I imagined. Nice job. Keep those bunsen burners going in the lab.
