had to make up some work from yesterday and was lucky enough to fit it in...

the first section wasn't quite as well thought out as i thought. it's funny, 32kg swings have never felt as light yet 95lb push press have never felt so heavy. by the time i got to the ring dips my shoulders were shot and the cumulative effect of the hang power clean / push presses made the box jumps more of a chore than anticipated.

6.5.4.

in an effort to build endurance and get bw under control i decided to add the run. i had one of those days where i felt like a 2 minute or more pr was mine but ended up 2 minutes slower than last time. could it have been the weather? hot and humid to say the least. downed 32 oz of h2o just after finishing without hesitation.
