an incredibly challenging set of work. the logistics played out perfectly as it took nearly exactly the same time to do the bpu as it did the run. neither of which could be done in the comfort zone or the ability to complete any number of cleans within the remainder of the minute would be jeapordized.

megan - nice work on today's prescription and for showing me how to take the full dose. although i still got plenty withing the time limit, i'm not interested in going down like i did today. i'll get there.

I don't doubt you will get there. I had a "great" time. I wonder how the workout would have changed with a moderate/lighter weight, such as 70-75% 1RM...or even as low as 60%...Would we have burnt out moving faster? or would it be beneficial to add more reps at that point...another day perhaps...
