this effort took considerably longer to complete than i had originally anticipated. while sticking to a preset pattern of barbell / bw, the plan was to organize the movements in a way that would produce the fastest possible time, ideally in the 6-10min range. in order to accomplish this we compromised and ordered the work most to least challenging. although seeming to be a logical theory, this line of thinking turned out to be flawed in that the level of fatigue from previous movments wasn't fully factored. although competent at the prescribed load and reps when fresh, each participant broke the ohs once and the hspu multiple times. the tough part in determining the order was a perceived difference in each of our strengths and weaknesses. sdhp for both, c2b and ring dips for one, ohs and gto for the other. in the end there is no perfect answer when two different skill sets are taken into account. knowing what we know now, i'm quite sure each of us could improve upon our time significantly by reworking the recipe to our own taste. although this is important information and may mean the difference between 5th and 15th what really matters at this point is the effort put forth. without that all of the theory and programming in the world doesn't mean a thing.
