a very slow time at that weight. everything felt wrong today. 95lbs felt more like 135 usually does and the 400's were even more pathetic than normal. i did feel good about my hang cleans along with the three bw movements in the middle. the final pair was an even deeper journey into a wod that can only be described as hell. i don't believe there to be any design flaws, only discipline problems. this thing hurt pretty bad and really made me feel very incapable. definitely not used to working out in the mornings either. i may have to revisit this later. there's a lot of room for improvement in that time.
