I thought it was good. The first set took my over 5 minutes...thrusters. but after that, it was smooth sailing. I wish I had used 95# or 24kg KB...but that was my bad. MJ

5 Rounds: wall jump/stair sprint (up and down)/wall jump/5xHSPU/5xKB swings.
At first I aimed for EMOM but it took about 65 seconds...so I gave 30 seconds rest between rounds. MJ
