the deadlift has always been my nemesis. even with focus and advice from others my setup and technique rarely seems to "click". what's worse is that i have let this lift creep it's way towards the back of my mind in recent months. there is a lot of work to do in this area and i should be focusing on it weekly. that being said this time a year ago 315 was my 1rm so gains have definitely been made considering i completed 15 at that load to finish today's potentially deadly scenario.
i glanced at the clock after each round and finished the sit ups at approximately the following times: 2:58 5:55 8:50 10:58 12:21
although cycling back to them faster each round due to the descending reps of the primary focus, the ring push ups and sit ups went unbroken keeping the pace constant.
5 minutes later the 30 burpees took me 1:39 to complete and it didn't feel like i was going real fast. pretty soon i'm going to need to test that 100 for time goal. should be interesting.
10:35, first 5 dl were up/down and form was good. After that it was singles and form suffered. 3 set on and rings pushups started failing. Doing doubles and singles the last 2 rounds. Got some good footage that I can use to help me work my weaknesses. I will be feeling that one tomorrow -trickle

* as rx'd is actually 12 ring pushups not 9
11:25
Deadlift were tough but I got through the first few sets unbroken, well I would drop the weight reset and go for it.
Ring pushups in the other hands only got through two sets unbroken, luckily I still could string 4 together most of the rest of the way.
Go for 50 burpees it's a scary ride. 100 is no joke but the needle will raise and fall with trip to 100. Keep her in the red.
