a little full throttle drag racing to get things warmed up for the weeks upcoming challenges. neck and neck till the end with a photo finish. other than the sdhp this is pure bw work at it's finest. the first pair was meant to fatigue the major players to the point where 2 minutes was barely enough. it did the job. compounding sets of work stacked on top one another added a level of difficulty, but perfectly matched pairs should equate to minimal transition time. i'm sure it can be done faster but the human body has limits and at reps / rounds this low your name had better be turbo if you plan on shaving off more than a few seconds.

Rough one for me...banged my chin on the floor during burpees during the first set and fell off the box during the second. Finished in one piece. The x6 exercises were all weaknesses of mine, so this will probably be a repeat. 75# SDLHP, 24" box. 2:50 / 2:30 / 1:19
