I wonder what it would look like if you did frames of one of your last squat cleans from the beginning and the end of the workout?

Could you have linked a couple of the reps together. re-grip takes a lot of time. I am pretty sure it cost me at least one placing today.

MJ - i feel like the quality of the cleans deteriorated throughout the duration of the 9 min. i'll take a closer look but what did you see from the video? i've got to learn to string together reps as you mentioned. it's simply a matter of pushing harder, physically and mentally. thanks for pointing these things out, i appreciate it.

Joy - thanks joy, it was nice to get out of the garage and utilize the driveway. i have more space than i realized, at least when the weather cooperates. hoping to get to the shop on a saturday soon. it's been far too long. maybe next weekend.
