couldn't get into a rhythm today. i just didn't feel right. i underestimated the lingering soreness and fatigue from friday's c2b and yesterdays rpu. something as simple as 8 pushups and 6 pullups has never been such a challenge. no broken sets but chasing those down after the rope slams was a chore, especially to get the batch of work done in a minute. recovery period went real quick. not a good day on the double unders. that's what i get for neglecting them for a couple weeks...
