48hrs of intended recovery turned into 108 and i'm still not back to 100%, but the show must go on. let's see how this goes...
Brother are you looking to take on al quaeda. You have splintered off into the 324 world, the virus has got you. Pass the kalashnikov.
Be safe.

this was one of the most well balanced and effective attackes i've ever launched on myself. after the first encounter with the thruster / burpee combo complete meltdown was always just a few reps away. recent lack of proper fuel and recovery has derailed a "full steam ahead" approach to training. al quaeda aint got nothing on enemy number one. personal sabotage is the root of all evil in this arena. one must work smart and hard in order to maintain progress and avert landmines such as stagnation and plateau. i go head to head, one on one, with myself on a daily basis. discipline doesn't always prevail and you can't outwork short sighted decisions with known negative outcomes, i've tried, numerous times. sleep well, eat right, and train hard. like others have said, if it was that easy everyone would do it. the problem is, it may not be that easy but it really is that simple.
