i've come to the conclusion that nothing is more important.
100% convinced that i was over training in the past few weeks i plan to examine my ratio of work and rest far more closely in the future.
unwelcome and forced rest is just around the corner and i will have more time than desired to consider this topic further but fleshing out an outline is at the top of the "to do" list during my downtime. i feel it is necessary to implement a rough schedule related to my goals in order to maintain focus and reduce the chance of being too random.
