had the mutant makers done in 2:48 then took 30 seconds to regroup before hitting the c2b/a2b combo (this needs a name). started off good with 5,3,3,3 but had to go singles from there after barely missing contact with the bar on a couple second c2b attempts. wasted energy. i can't believe i spent 10 minutes on part 2. arms were fried. jury is still out on this movement. i think its worth revisiting in no more than 5 rep sequences. finding a better rhythm would help. more practice may be necessary before making final judgement. also, standard pullups may be a better starting point to promote flow.
