used in the above video from "standard procedure" 15-10-5 seems to be a typical rep scheme that's often used in couplets or triplets with what appears to be high levels of effectiveness. pick the right combination of movements, use the aforementioned predetermined template, and there's nothing else to think about, right? stir, shake, blend, or bake at high intensity for as short of time as possible and you're there. what each one of us has to decide is when to remove the blindfold, remove the training wheels, and take baby steps in the direction of self awareness. only then will we begin to close the gap on our potential and learn to program efficiently to reach our individual goals. gpp is one thing but one size most obviously does not fit all. strengths, weaknesses, and goals must all be considered before the path to perpetual self improvement can be found.
