i couldn't get into a rhythm on this one. was short on time and did virtually no warm up.
stupid.
i experienced some severe shoulder pain during the kb c and p in the same shoulder that i injured the last time i didn't warm up. that little stunt last august put my upper body out of commission for almost 6 months. next time i'm short on time i'll reconsider jumping in just to get something done. none of this is worth it if we get in too big of a hurry and end up on the sidelines. i'd rather take extra rest and live to fight another day.
