contradictions, fear, and hypocrisy...
lack of focus has resulted in a recent decrease in training volume. recovery would and should be a positive result of less activity but a significant slip in nutrition has lead to a stagnant situation. a recent stint of clean eating produced an increase in focus and determination but it was short lived. lessons are being learned but the conversion rate of applying that knowledge would lead one to wonder why the disconnect.
in the end it all comes down to how bad we want something. a new year looms on the horizon, challenges are stacking up, it's time for another long look in the mirror.
