135lb deadlift
135lb squat clean
135lb ground to overhead
20lb wall ball
burpees
70lb swings
80lb sandbag clean
30 second recovery between movements
record score for each station

this scenario left more questions than answers with regard to the upcoming winter games at the shop. 30 seconds flew by and before i knew it i was cleaning the sandbag, completely drained of all energy and resources. a score of 150 left me seriously questioning what the best strategy will be next saturday. i'm still not sure what direction to take.
