having previous plans in place i found myself headed in another direction, i just couldn't resist giving this a shot. i tried to take down the burpees as methodically as possible and that seemed to help keep me from dipping too deep into the red. the strategy seemed to pay off resulting in all unbroken sets on hspu and all but the first set of deads (don't know why i went 6,4). transition time was the main problem. can't deny the video analysis, at one point i caught myself taking 20 seconds between burpees and deads, not good. getting started on the next task faster is where i need to improve.
