17:19, not a good run. had a 7:30 pace after the first mile before my lower back quickly tightened up with significant pain. i'm assuming it's residual from the two days of deadlifting, especially the 275 x 10. significant experimentation and correction with regards to the source of this problem is needed. i don't like to be slowed down.
