runs consisted of a random combination of sprinting, jogging, and running over a wide variety of terrain. obstacles were decided upon every 5 minutes or so with nothing preplanned. this approach was as close as i could get to an unknown scenario where i was at the mercy of someone elses plan or program. pace was steady overall with the session lasting just under 60 minutes. getting oustside and being spontaneous felt good.
