i wanted to get up and do this one this morning, but forgetting to turn the heat on and temp changing from 70's to 30's caused a more intense desire to bury under heated blanket vs work in cold temps. what can i say, other than i am soft. time to buck up.

the way one movement plays off another and creates a deficit is an area that i don't think we consider often enough. most any program will work and is better than nothing but truly finding ways to unlock the precise prescription to a fully effective program or scenario is where our minds should be whenever possible.
