this one was painful. for me 30 calories was around 350 meters on #7 and row times gradually increased with fatigue. finding a way to maintain output on the c2 would obviously be ideal. in my case it took longer each attempt to reach the 30 cal, leaving less opportunity to score later in the game (1:13, 1:16, 1:26, 1:30). two more points could have potentially been logged but they wouldn't count as time had expired by a couple seconds. be sure you're ready for some posterior punishment, this one left me more ruined than any irresponsible deadlift load ever has.
