planned recovery succumbed to that of the "perfect" day. denial of the provided atmospheric elements would have been sacrilegious considering the complaints bellowed so loudly in the deep of winter while being locked indoors. an impromptu compilation of tasks resulted in an obstacle course with no prior existence. nearly balanced across the board in terms of demand the objectives were taken down one by one with an eye no further than the next rep. being careful to think no further allows one to fully commit to the immediate task at hand and helps to ensure that nothing is left after the finish line. some scenarios demand pace and strategy while others are better attacked in mindless full throttle mode. learn to know the difference. more work and "field day" scenarios will follow as motivation and experimentatoin are both at an all time high. but first, some much needed extended recovery is in order. stay tuned...
