target pace of 9, 8, and 7 min

recover 2 min between efforts

couldn't quite hit the mark on the third effort. more running to come. a lot of room for improvement.

isn't it interesting to think about how much value we put into how long things take. maybe we should all get rid of our "gps" for a while...
