a change of pace, direction, and focus is not only in order but long overdue. a self directed internal spotlight has been on for some time now, the only issue has been it's diluted and all too dim beam. constantly varied works but so do other approaches. goals are easy to come up with and even easier to list. the difficulty comes in having the dedication and focus to reach them, especially when the don't all go hand in hand. challenge yourself in a new way. effort, nutrition, sleep, and recovery are all important yet they don't always result in the desired results. it's time to further define the mission and see what kind of results i get.
