10 days was the prescribed rest period during which it was recommended that i do nothing in order to let whatever happened heal. it's been 7 and during the last few it's become increasingly difficult to keep up the rest. however, the excess inactivity has fueled the fire, and i am ready. frustration is building and yet i anticipate the next 3 days will be the most difficult. like most everything else, even in this situation it all boils down to an exercise in patience.

Keep the engine up on the bench. She will cont. to give you years of reliable service. Train around the issue (with caution)for as long as it takes. Ten days is only a guess, thats why doctors call it A PRACTICE.
