start and end each round with a 200m run (6 total)

recover 6 min, then

20-16-12-8-4
45lb thrusters

recover 1 min between efforts

14:04, not very quick

starting out light and slow. i was more able than i thought i would be and actually got faster with each round.

thrusters were added to loosen up and test the upperbody.
