thoughts 3 days later...
should have attempted 9 pullups and 10 push ups each round for a better "score".
ridiculous levels of soreness still lurking.
although my recent lack of pull ups and associated weakness was exposed i seriously question the validity of this workout.
not enough time to discuss further.
must move on.
