EXPERIMENTAL FIELD WORK

every 3 minutes complete the following:

muscle up x 1
ring dip x 4
squat jump x 7
120 yard sprint

10 attempts, record time for each

score is average time

this was a test of the muscle up. it had been a while and with strength levels lower than what had previously been obtained i wanted to test the waters. as it turns out the only difficult part of this set up was pushing the run. next time i'll up the muscle ups.
