the front squat and bench press have, at least in the past, been relative strengths for me. i've enjoyed both lifts and up until today was never plagued by any lack of wrist flexibility or pain during the lift. lack of recent strength training, improper warm up to load, and the aforementioned pain in my wrist kept the front squat numbers fairly pathetic. there was a time not too long ago that those numbers would have been doubled. as for the comparison of the two, i'm of the thought that they should be roughly equal in most aspects. whether it be 1rm or for max reps, output for either one should be roughly equal. unfortunately for me, only one of the lifts is currently holding up it's end of the deal...

again, lots of work to be done.
