.
it's been a little over a month since my last post and i'm not sure if the experiment was valid or not. not only has a break been taken from this site but from training in general. july saw me inactive 90% of the time for multiple reasons and i don't regret it. although this would be categorized as an extensive reset in the broad view of time and life it's nothing more than a blip on the radar. this site is, and likely always will be, a mix of positive and negative with regard to personal progress and time allocation. this may not be a full return but i plan to reopen the window a little and resume posting when time allows.
stay tuned...

Good to see your still in the game.
324 has me moving in the right direction. It is a slow road to new territory, but worth every lb. Training is good for the mind as well as the body. Dude, the metcon routines you do??? Your killing your self, unless your after weight loss. Reduce, strip out and refine your movements. Be safe train hard and turn the music up. PERFECT CIRCLE MAN OVERBOARD

cav,
i appreciate your comments, past, present, and future. feedback is limited so your words count for more than you know. let it be known that lone soldiers like yourself are one of the main reasons i've decided to begin posting on this site again. motivation and accountability are priceless resources when walking the path alone, especially with less and less time available. the alternative is much more convenient but action is the only course of action. i push on.
