max work in 3, 2.5, 2, 1.5, 1, and 0.5 minutes of:

sit ups x 10
push ups x 7
squats x 13

recover 15 seconds longer than work period after each effort

record reps from each round

recover 5 minutes, then

run x 1 mile afap
