FIELD TRIP

a person would likely get more ascents completed with continuous movement but that would defeat my purpose for the day. i wanted to work on my short range speed and quickness, not endurance.
it took about 30 seconds to sprint up and quickly walk down. i started out resting about 0:20 seconds between efforts but that was stretched to closer to 0:35 by the end. i think next time i'll shoot for 20 rounds with exactly 0:30 seconds rest between but i'll time the sprints and attempt to maintain pace.
i like sprinting a whole lot more than i do running. guess i just need to get better at "running" 400's so that i can sprint them.
