PROGRAM ERROR

i'm not sure what i was thinking on this. i originally had it as every 3 minutes on the minute and realized quickly after the first round i should lower it to 2 minutes. at that point the thought didn't even cross my mind that the work should have been cycled each minute. i underestimated my abilites and as a result the potency of the intended prescription suffered. looking back i'm not sure what why i thought the extra recovery time was necessary. 300lbs is 83% of my 1rm deadlift and therefore i SHOULD be able to repeat it as singles, without too much trouble. i don't have porblems with hspu or clapping pushups but thought the added chest to bar pullups would complicate things more than they did. after round 8 or so i realized my mistake and decided that i needed to see how things played out well beyond the original anticipated score of 10. 20 was the new plan. i knew i could get there and only in rounds 15 and 16 did the deadlift begin to get heavier.

20 rounds. could have went further but not much, maybe 5-6. i'm not sure, could be more. i just know it didn't make much sense to stay in that scenario any longer than the 40 minutes i already had. live and learn. i have a feeling it will go quite different the next time when done as an emom.
