RECOVER / PLAN AND STRATEGIZE

.
when to do what and how much?
that is the question.

what should we eat? how much? how often?
how long should one recover? how many consecutive days should we work?
and when we work there are more questions, how hard? how long? how heavy?
when should we practice? what should we practice? and how long?

these are all valid questions and often times there is an obvious answer, other times things get confusing and all that needs to happen is something. anything. but without consideration of our next move things may become too random. random to the point where progress can not be tracked and weaknesses are not fully explored.

in the end it's an imperfect system and unless you have an event, fight, or race on the horizon; i believe the only answer is to balance all aspects of one's training so that we can be as prepared as possible for whatever may come.

eat smart. program efficiently. work hard. recover harder.
