A.
double unders
100 in 1:28
even though it took me 4-5 sets, none of which were over 40 reps, i still barely made my goal of sub 1:30
next goal with the du is 100 unbroken

B.
circuit
19:40
probably took too much time between rounds and before the squats but went unbroken on everything. unsure if i've ever done a 3rm back squat test but 255 has to be close. complete focus and effort was needed to successfully raise the load for the third time. 265 or so may be possible if the only goal for the day was to find a 3rm. either way i'm happy with today's results, it wasn't too long ago that 255 was my 1rm and i've got to be closing in on the 1rm goal of 315 for 2010.

C.
run
didn't time it. just figured the jog might help to loosen things up and speed recovery
