*pvc good mornings in place of back extensions due to equipment limitations.
this was a surprise. much tougher than anticipated. when watching the video i couldn't believe it took me 7 minutes to do the burpees. i thought for sure i could get this done somewhere under 30 min, for sure. wrong. that being said i don't know that i should be all that surprised. what was once a strength of mine (bw and light weight for time) has become a weakness. i need to drop this extra weight and work on speed more often. i've known for months now what needs to be done but with the shop summer games looming in 4 weeks i have a feeling this time i'll act upon that knowledge. if i don't, i'm a fool.
