threw this together last minute and sent out the call for willing victims. cabana was in. the game was on. wow, it was hot.

muscle ups and even hspu were dangerous without first removing the sweat and applying liberal amounts of chalk. not too much drama with those movements. all singles on mu and all unbroken on hspu. 250m row and run could of, and should have, been attacked vs completed. but, so was the theme for the day. endurance with some practice of the technical bw strength movements. oh, almost forgot, double unders. some sets went much better than others. a few were nearly unbroken while later rounds saw multiple breaks to reach 25. it's been said before and is 100% true. doing du or mu fresh is one thing, doing either while fatigued is what really matters. i'm currently somewhere in between. working my way and progressing to the other end, one day at a time.
