in this video you'll see that yesterday's scenario played out perfectly for one and was a rude awakening for the other. at these numbers pushups and hspu are active rest compared to the inability to get 85% of 1rm overhead without a high degree of efficiency in the jerk. time and task management could have resulted in a better score but there's no excuse for the degree of deficiency in moving the load from shoulder to overhead for a measly 3 reps. back to the basics for some elementary training. this soldier has found a serious chink in the armor.
