frustrated with recent events i was torn between two completely opposite approaches to this weeks plans. my mindset was teetering on the edge of a slipper slope with equally extreme consequences at the bottom of either side. path number one would consist of a pure recovery week with minimal low impact activity intended to regain focus and fuel the urge to take another step up the ladder of self improvement. some r & r was fairly appetizing considering the recent onslaught of challenges, hard work, and focus. but what exactly would that accomplish? on the other hand path number two would be a week filled with some of the most potent and concentrated potions relased year to date. a week of pure pain and destruction never before seen here at insular gym...
needless to say i've made a choice and it wasn't made today. it was made a long time ago, when i started down this path in the first place. the answer is that there is no choice. there never was. one must keep going and never stop. pause, take a short break, recover... yes, that's all important. but that's not going to happen until it has to. stay tuned because this little machine is in need of some upgrades and tonights run set the train back on track. now it's time to test the limits and see how far and how fast i can push without derailing. or maybe that's exactly what i need to do...
