i was fully expecting more of an improvement in the last year than this. after considering all factors there are two primary areas that stand out resulting in what may or may not be actual stagnation:

1. the difference in time it takes to do any variation of full situp vs the 3/4 rom high speed crunches i was doing back then is at least double.

2. i had another off day on the du. probably a wash vs a year ago. not sure why but i've been hit and miss on them recently. could have cut 2 - 3 minutes or more off had i went unbroken each round like i know i can.

back to the drawing board...
