short and sweet today. my lengthy analysis of today's events was accidentally deleted. to summarize: i will no longer neglect the snatch due to it's integral connection to the ohs, a blueprint for training based on ones goals and weaknesses is essential and i will be working on one for myself, and endurance training will increase in frequency so that i can get outdoors more often and maintain a well rounded set of skills.
