THEORY APPLICATION

draw randomly from the 5 following tasks continuously for a total of 12 minutes while completing a single 180lb human carry for 50m at the beginning of each minute*

20lb ball slams x 7
20" box jumps x 9
rope slams x 11
push ups x 5
anchored sit ups x 13

*start the first carry with the clock and the last carry at the start of the 11th min for a total of 12 carries

unscoreable, this side of total reps or sets, this scenario is largely impossible to replicate for the pure fact that the order and proportion of work is an unknown and inconsistent factor. this is an internal battle to test ones ability to continue to work without motivational aids like a predetermined ratio of set work. it would be an understatement to say that the ability to minimize transition time between movements while completing tasks in a random and primarily unknown order is a useful skill. more on this effort later...
