undeniably a crucial part of the lab, the concept 2 has eluded me for far too long. a rowing machine is one of the most versatile pieces of equipment i've ever used. from the time i sat on my first one about four years ago i've looked forward to the day when i had unlimited access to this torturous machine.
fortunately that day has finally arrived.
unfortuanely the sleep reserves have been fully tapped and i could only allocate enough time to unpack, assemble, and make a few clean pulls. i was immediately reminded of one of the most beautiful sounds in the world. smooth and consistent, i look forward to hearing this soothing soundtrack in the middle of what will surely be an increasingly chaotic set of scenarios.
