i'd like to run thru this again "for time" when i'm back up to speed. a longer sustained effort was the goal for today. the date being 10.10.10 was too much to pass on. each movement was chosen with a steady and even pace in mind. i didn't want any movement(s) to stand out as significantly more difficult or challenging than the rest. i was happy with the flow and probably wouldn't change the order. one thousand reps sounded worse than it was. that being said, i was drained for the rest of the day. it's probably been too long since i dabbled in the realm of the "grind". i might have to startd putting them back into the mix from time to time. there's too much learned about who we really during such an effort to fully omit the 30-60 minute domain.
